Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period: Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit amount may be charged if cancellations occur less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. In exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, please don't hesitate to contact me. While I have a cancellation policy in place to ensure the smooth operation of my practice, I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I am committed to working with you to find a suitable solution. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure the booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total session fee. Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) or no-shows. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments without incurring a cancellation fee, provided that the request is made at least 48 hours before the original appointment time and is subject to availability.
